Our second venture out was the second loop of the Wanderlust Way, which for the first section runs from The Ship Inn at Barnoldby through to Hatcliffe, West then East Ravendale, skirting Ashby and Brigsley and back to The Ship for a well-earned pint:
We had the weather and spring had certainly sprung, it was lush and beautiful – and our fellowship of ramblers had doubled in numbers this time, a more fabulous, warm group of people you couldn’t wish for!
Our next outing will be Thursday 15th June (we’ll try and put the 3rd Thursday of the month aside to make calendaring easier) to tackle the third leg of the Wanderlust Way, the top end around Wold Newton, Beesby and Hawerby – let me know if you’d like to come along and I’ll add you to our list of intrepid East Marshian Ramblers!
