On Saturday 17th July, East Marsh United are hosting another ‘Engagement Day’ at Freeman Street Market 10am – 1pm.
We’d love it if you could join us!
Like the ‘Conversation Day’ event we hosted in May, this will be a chance for East Marsh United to have a chat with our local community about anything and everything. We want to hear from you and find out what you would like to do.
There will be an art stall and exhibition with our art and craft coordinator, Sarah Palmer. Sarah has been developing our art and craft project and this is a great opportunity for everyone to meet her and get to know her. Sarah specialises in illustration.
We will also have a ‘Give and Take Table’ where we will be giving away some EMU goodies and inviting people to make a donation – IF THEY WISH to the We Are One Foundation.
Our performing arts coordinator Josie will be joining us with her Pop-Up Book Shop featuring a brand new storybook, The Magic Garden.
Carolyn, our creative writing coordinator will also be available to talk about our writing projects and our proposal for a community library.
We’d like to tell you about what East Marsh United has planned for the weeks and months ahead and as always we want to know what you think!

We can’t wait to see you.
